Stacked 2 Steaks' beef is guaranteed to have a live weight between 1300-1500 lbs. The average hanging weight is 825 lbs. You can expect to take home roughly 50% of the hanging weight on a full beef. A 1/4 beef selection roughly fills a small chest freezer and is guaranteed at 100+ lbs. take-home weight.
After the beef goes in for processing, you can pick it up approx. 3 weeks later, after it has been custom-cut to your liking. You will be notified by the locker when your order is ready for pickup. Pricing is all-inclusive—standard processing fees included and no credit card fees!
